“The Water Wheel Ceremony Project”

The existing local conditions:
The CITY OF SEDONA, a government corporation, currently discharges its waste-water in to a couple ponds and then pumps the water across the 4 lane divided highway to a couple hundred acres of “city owned” land. This effluent is then sprayed upon the vegetation. This toxic effluent carries into the winds where at times that stretch of highway occasionally smells like an overstocked dairy cattle yard, and being taken into the lungs of all the passers-by. This effluent is then carried by the rains and winds to Oak Creek where it flows thru other communities of the valley and flows into the Verde River.
This effluent, governmentally called Bio-Mass before the marketing name change from “sewer sludge”, is comprised of water, crap, urine, and toxins including pesticides, pharmaceuticals, commercial and household chemicals, GMOs, Roundup-Ready glyphosate and other deathly residues, etc.
How do I know this material is toxic? …I see many cedar trees and other vegetation in process of dying. The deep and light evergreen cedars are turning yellow in patches on many of these trees. Evergreens do not do that, unless they are moving toward death! For about 60 years, I have lived in upper Midwest and in the West from Arizona to Washington and Colorado to the Pacific and NEVER witnessed this type of intensity this way anywhere else.
The CITY OF SEDONA’s current and only projected solution is to drill 6 wells into Mother Earth and pump the water there, where in moving thru the various fissures and fractures in the hard and soft rock, etc, it may contaminate aquifers, underground rivers, steams and public and private wells, etc. With such thinking and types of actions, our waters are continually polluted to the point where water is no longer safe & clean for consumption, even poisoning our crops as they grow into poisoned foods. When the city was asked where the toxic watered down sewer sludge was going that was pumped into the wells, the response was that they did not know.
Similar attitudes and “ignore-ance” is taking place across our Home, Mother Earth, and with most very high probability in YOUR COMMUNITIES too!

An Answer toward a Solution:
Lead by Paiute Elder Marshall “Golden Eagle” Jack, on November 23, 2014 about 33 of us gathered at a ceremonial site synchronisitically located near the Sedona waste water facility to create and set in place the healing energy intention for clean waters, here and for the fullness of our “Spaceship Earth”, as Buckminster Fuller states it.
Golden Eagle is unique in his style of combing Love, Humor, Laughter, Practicality, Knowledge, Inner Perspective, Grace, Ease, Sincerity, and Sacredness.
In our Medicine Wheel Water Ceremony, thru the Grace of the Great Spirit and efforts by many cultures, some being indigenous from each continent, water from over 30 countries and 1,100 sources within the States and Canada were joined in sacred ceremony. This was quite a moving experience for all present. We witnessed as Dr. Masaru Emoto states:

that as of November 2014
about 5,000 Medicine Water Wheels have been created.
Out of the 60 he had personally lead to that date,
he stated that about 35-ish
“had rain immediately upon closing the Ceremony,
with other ceremonies rain followed within days, a week or so.”
Not all ceremonies are to bring water, but to purify water,
as was the case in the Sedona ceremony.
