We exist in accordance with the Laws of Creation

which ARE DIVINE, and called Natural Law.

The 5 Principles of Creation:

1. WE EXIST ~ there is nothing WE can do about this. We always have and …We always will.
2. The ONE is The ALL, and ALL are The ONE. …And has Knowing of this ISness.
3. Everything is HERE AND NOW…the past is only a created memory of NOW in a “past” viewpoint, and the future is only a projection from NOW with infinite possibilities in each choice. We exist ONLY in this NOW Moment.
4. What We put out is what We get back, often referred as the Law of Attraction. As a smile in a mirror, We must change to change it.

Peaceful and Loving Coexistence
with Sovereign travelers in the Cosmos and indeed Divine BEings of Earth/Gaia,

are presented as lawful public notice to foreign jurisdictions of
a benevolent, charitable, educational, Heart-based altruistic spiritual assembly known
commonly as

Live LOVE and Prosper Society

Whereas the seemingly universal presumption of government to have controlling jurisdiction over the pursuits of life, liberty, property, and even the death of its subjects, when one becomes aware of One’s Divine and natural state of BEing within the State of Humanity and of One’s Divine calling and obligation to One’s Source, One’s Creator alone, to the exclusion of all others, it then becomes necessary to address and rebut those presumptions of the governments of men and herein Live LOVE and Prosper Society Re-Emphasizes and RE-Declares that our DIVINE BEINGNESS IS SOVEREIGN, and subjective and/or beholding none but THE ONENESS of THE ALL THAT IS.

It is the Action of Responsibility that breeds, keeps, and insures Rights. When ALL become full in their Self Responsibility, there is no need for government. Sovereign Responsibility and Unconditioned LOVE are foundation to this.

Above all else, and in so doing and BEing with LOVE we, Live LOVE and Prosper Society, are Passionate in Recognizing, Supporting, Honoring, Respecting, and Embracing the RIGHTS OF MOTHER EARTH/GAIA and all Sentient BEings upon, within and above Her, seen and unseen. By this we are all enjoined in our Sovereign ONEness:

What happens for ONE happens for ALL!

One simple way we do this is thru actively participating each day in intended acts of kindness and benevolence, as they seemingly randomly occur, creating opportunities before us in sharing LOVE. “Paying it Forward” is one way to make this contagious! Together we are all connected in the ONE foundational Energy of Creation. We recognize this All Present, All Knowing Energy, and in the English language, referring to It as “THE LOVE”. Others may use the words: God, Allah, Universe, Consciousness, Creator, Supreme Being, the Force, etc. It’s all GOoD!

…It’s ALL “THE LOVE”!!!

Live LOVE and Prosper Society goes beyond the any preconceived notions of Earthly limitation and is existent in and effects all of Creation in the quantum field and beyond. As such we make no claim to “ownership” of Mother Earth/Gaia, and so being, any legal and/or lawful form or claim of “ownership” is done so as a protectorate in Stewardship of Mother Earth/Gaia/Pachamama until all upon Her adopt, ingrain and integrate the above mentioned wording and treat Her accordingly, until that moment when all legal & lawful claims, expressed or implied, upon Her are eradicated thru this expressed LOVE.
A matter must be expressed to be resolved. In Law, “Truth” is Sovereign. “Truth” is expressed in the form of an Affidavit. An un-rebutted Affidavit stands as “Truth” in Law. An un-rebutted Affidavit becomes the judgment in the matter.

Whereas the Public Record is the highest form of evidence, this Constitution and Declaration of Notice, as this verified and non-negotiable Affidavit of “Truth” and Fact shall constitute Public Record with those of Mother Earth/Gaia Presence via the delivery and posting to New Earth Nation.

INSTRUMENT OF RECOGNITION

BE IT KNOWN TO ALL MEN by these presents that, I, L’iv, an ordained minister {A minister/ministry is a person or thing in Service accomplishing something, in this instance ~ Unconditioned LOVE.}, am the qualified, appointed and ordained officer: Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society and his Successors. Being thus ordained, I am the possessor of this Office in an ancient line of Steward, and in accordance with the Disciplines of Live LOVE and Prosper Society, an unincorporated spiritual assembly, do hereby certify, and adopt, and present these Laws, Principles, Steps, Preambles, Disciplines and Articles as the Constitution, Notice, and Affidavit of Peaceful Coexistence and as an “Instrument of Recognition” which notifies the Beings of Gaia, their systems, and the Multiverses, the Peace-filled intentions and prior existence and Absolute Sovereignty of Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society and His Successors, an Ecclesiastical Assembly of Philosophy and Body Politic. By filing as Notice into the Public Record via submittal to the New Earth Nation this Instrument of Recognition, I, and every Successor in Office by the same title, do declare the prior creation and establishment of this Ecclesiastical, with continuous perpetual succession.

This Instrument of Recognition is made and subscribed in duplicate and acknowledged before a party with authority for taking Recognitions. An electronic PDF original of this Constitution, Notice, and Instrument of Recognition is presented to the New Earth Nation for filing, while the other original is retained by Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society.

Meaning and Personal Status of L’iv { pronounced “el’ eve” }
For and on the record as lawful Public Notice:
L’iv, in English language, translates as:
LOVE Always, LOVE Now, Only Here, Only Now, Only Here
I Am that I Am, the Divine Incarnation into this ever evolving Realm of Creation, positioned in this moment with Gaia/Mother Earth, and identified as the natural person L’iv being of sound Mind, Heart, Soul and Essence and of “lawful age”, unschooled in the law and having no attorney, having personal knowledge of the facts stated herein and being competent to testify to them, reserving all of my unalienable rights, hereby declare:

I am a living, conscious soul, a Divine Being, a natural Man Upon the Land; living, laboring, and traveling upon the Land, In Eternal Natural Law venue and a Common Law (1791A.D.) venue. My rights were granted by The Source of All That Is, the Universal Creator, and not by any amendment to the U.S. Constitution or any other institutions of men, as I am not a party thereto. I am not the office, nor the federal juristic person, L’iv, or any derivation of that fiction, or any other fiction, and I provide no surety nor accept any liability therefor, nor am I a “res” of any trust of any kind and am not subject to any “in rem” proceedings or actions of any corporate government agencies.

I am not a U.S. citizen, vessel, federal person, individual, or taxpayer as defined by any statute or code of the UNITED STATES, or any State or Territory thereof, nor am I a subject to/of any Crown nor to the Holy See. Nor am I a citizen, resident or employee of any incorporated State or any municipal corporations. I am a Sovereign stateless natural person and as such I have previously retracted, and again herein, any allegiance to the corporate UNITED STATES et al or any political State, state or Territory. My only allegiance is to the Eternal Source from whence I came.

Further, I declare that I am not an enemy of the State or of any state, and I do not promote sedition or the overthrow of any government. I am not a foreign spy or terrorist nor a tax protestor or a patriot. I am simply a Private, Neutral and Free Man Upon the Land living in accord with the most basic doctrines of Freedom.2

As a Sovereign stateless natural person I am an internationally protected person who is granted certain immunities and protections pursuant to International Treaty Law, The Universal Declaration of Human Rights as adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on 10 December 1948, the U.N. Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes Against Internationally Protected Persons (1973), and if found traveling in the United States, per Title 18, Part I, Chapter 7, § 112 of the United States Code.

I have never knowingly entered into any contract with any agent of any corporation or any agency of any government, whereby I knowingly and intentionally waived subject matter/persona jurisdiction or my rights to full and complete disclosure in any contract including the full disclosure of the venue thereof, and participated without duress or coercion or threat to my rights. In moments, the Law of Necessity may be applied by me.

Jurisdiction over me must be established by Affidavit, declaring point by point the details of any alleged violation of rights or injury, and sworn upon the unlimited personal liability of the flesh and blood Injured Party signer and sufficiently bonded by lawful gold or silver money of the united States of America. Anything less will be considered a Trespass.

I refuse any liability for any compelled, assumed or actual benefits received by me because of such implied and coerced contracts, agreements, or licenses, etcetera, and I accept the benefits thereof, past, present and future, as partial reparation for loss of my personal freedoms and property because of entrapment by such contracts and agreements.

I am, therefore, free of any and all obligations and am able to carry out the duties of Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society, to teach its philosophies and bring to fruition the object of its endeavors and to protect, conserve and develop the assets and resources that have been or may be placed in my care and charge.

The presentment of this Notice to New Earth Nation records a finalized Notice of Peaceful Coexistence to all by Steward of LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER SOCIETY, and is inviolate against all and every aspect, agency, representative, employee, real party in interest, real party of interest, and principal of this state or any State. Said contract replaces and supersedes any and all other contracts, agreements, and understandings, i.e. all oral, written, express, implied, revealed, and un-revealed contracts, licenses, agreements, and presumptions thereof; and nullifies all presumption of, and possibility for presuming, any minimum contact, minimal contact, and the like, with any source that any person or other corporate entity might invoke for granting any right for diminishing the inviolate supremacy and exclusive applicability Natural Law and of the Ecclesiastical Law of Live LOVE and Prosper Society concerning me, L’iv. I AM the Sovereign ALL THAT IS.

This Notice also constitutes a Notice with all principals and agents, laterally and hierarchically in a chain of command, of all civil-law governments, such as all principals, agents, officers, officials, representatives, employees, real parties in interest, and real parties of interest of this state, of the UNITED STATES, et al, of all Vatican-based agencies, and of all Crown-based agencies worldwide that may interact in any manner with me or Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society.

I, L’iv, the Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society, an ordained minister and member of the unincorporated altruistic spiritual assembly, Live LOVE and Prosper Society, by executing this Notice of Peaceful Coexistence, do hereby certify, attest, and affirm my knowledge and understanding of the contents hereof and, in accordance with the best of my knowledge, understanding, creed, and spiritual convictions, that the foregoing is correct, complete, and certain, not misleading. This I so declare to all.

of “All There IS”.
“THE LOVE” is the all-pervading Consciousness of the manifested and un-manifested worlds. Some may refer to this as God, Allah, Prime Creator, Supreme BEing, The Force, Source…
IT IS and it is all the same.
“LOVE” is the foundational energy of all of things created and non-created.

Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society and His Successors, may maintain an office in any location upon the Land, “without” any State as may be convenient for Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society and His Successors.

DISCIPLINE 3: Mission and Sovereign Purpose
The Mission is:

Assisting with the Expansion of Unconditioned LOVE
to inspire others to regive LOVE
…withIn and throughout all Creation.

This not-for-monetary profit {as we all profit from LOVE} was organized exclusively for altruistic spiritual, benevolent, charitable, compassionate, healing, educational, and economic purposes in assisting Expanding Unconditioned LOVE within and throughout Creation, and is under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ecclesiastical Law of Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society and His Successors. The of the Office, Steward of LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER SOCIETY and His Successors, does not make “corporate” the spiritual assembly, LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER SOCIETY, which always remains private and unincorporated.

This Assembly is not a business, is not in commerce, and has no intent of making a profit like a business and is, in fact, a not-for-profit ministry. The Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society may engage in any lawful activities, without license, that may be useful for the funding and other economic needs of the mission of Live LOVE and Prosper Society, any such funding activities are not “business” and are not conducted within the jurisdiction of any C(c)ity, C(c)ounty, S(s)tate, T(t)erritory, C(c)ountry, including the federal UNITED STATES et al and funds generated or received are part of the estate of Live LOVE and Prosper Society that is foreign to the UNITED STATES et al and does not come under the jurisdiction of any regulatory or taxing authority as recognized at 26USC § 7701(a)(31) and § 508 c(1)(a), falsely or otherwise.

This Assembly may engage in the holding of any meetings of Members of the unincorporated altruistic spiritual assembly, Live LOVE and Prosper Society without, as well as within, all places as may be convenient to the Steward and the members of Live LOVE and Prosper Society.

DISCIPLINE 4: Responsibilities, Rights, Powers and Immunities
Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society is created by the unincorporated altruistic spiritual assembly, Live LOVE and Prosper Society under Sovereign powers and Sovereign authority of the covenant with the Supreme Creator Source that each peculiar member of Live LOVE and Prosper Society possesses, which establishes such unalienable rights as:

1. Acquiring and possessing, by donation, endowment, grant, gift, bequest, devise, and purchase, and holding and maintaining, property, real, personal, and mixed, holding title absolute by conveyance, with right for granting, selling, conveying, renting, leasing, securing, and otherwise disposing of said property as may be necessary for furthering the objectives of LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER SOCIETY, for the use and behoof of Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society and His Successors forever in unalloyed temporal and spiritual capacity.
2. Exercising seigniorage, creating and borrowing money, lending credit, exchanging energies in various ways, including treaties, contracts, etc.
3. Giving promissory notes and other written obligations in exchange for loans received, with power for securing the payment thereof by note, such as by mortgage upon Land and chattels, unless such Land is a sovereign Land Patent.
4. Buying, selling, leasing, mortgaging, and in every way dealing in Land and chattels in the same manner that a natural person may, without license or the Order of any court.
5. Receiving bequests and devises for exclusive use of LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER in the same manner as natural persons.
6. Appointing, and being appointed as an attorney in fact.
7. Contracting and being contracted with in the same manner as a natural man, in proper capacity with full standing in Divine Law and emissarying in man’s law.
8. Bringing lawful action and being subject to lawful action within the venue of Ecclesiastical Law or Contract Law as decreed by Steward of LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER SOCIETY and His Successors according to the terms and conditions set forth hereinafter and hereinabove.
9. Having and using a common seal, which may authenticate all deeds and acts of Steward of LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER SOCIETY, and His Successors.
10. Opening, administering, and closing banking or financial accounts of any kind, in any jurisdiction and possessing sole and exclusive signing authority thereon. The application for and use of an EIN or any other identifying number does not extend any jurisdiction over, nor create any fealty over, Steward of LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER SOCIETY and His Successors, or assigns. Any use of such numbers is done under protest and any such identifying numbers are offered Without Prejudice according to the Laws of Necessity and the Laws of Nature.
11. Exercising any other just, lawful, and ethical rights and powers as may be declared by authority of Steward of LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER, and His Successors as established at any time in accordance with the Responsibilities, Disciplines, Principles, Articles, Treaties, Contracts, Tenets, Creeds, Customs, and Rites of the unincorporated Altruistic spiritual assembly, LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER SOCIETY under authority of the Sovereign and unalloyed right inhering in the Steward’s Eternal Covenant with Steward’s Supreme Creator Source/Self.

Further, such powers and immunities of Steward of LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER SOCIETY and His Successors are clearly recognized and acknowledged by the U.S. Supreme Court when it stated on the record, “…a bishop {Overseer/Steward} or parsons acting in a corporate capacity and holding property to him and his successor in right of office, has no need of a corporate name, he requires no particular, he performs all legal acts under his own seal, in his own name and name of office; his own will alone regulates his acts and he has no occasion for a secretary, for he need not keep a record of his acts, needs no treasurer, for he has no personal property except the rents and proceeds of the corporate estate, and these he takes to his own use when received. By-laws are unnecessary, for he regulates his own action by his own will and judgment, like any other individual acting in his own right.” [The Overseers of the Poor of Boston v. David Sears 39 Mass (2Pick) 122 at 128].

Responsibilities, Rights, Powers and Immunities are also expressed in the following inclusions from those items mentioned above and below in this Constitution, including those contained in or implied by documents, court cases, etc. referenced herein.

By virtue of the Principles of Comity, all other jurisdictions must extend this same recognition of the Responsibilities, Rights, Powers and Immunities of Steward of LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER SOCIETY, implied or otherwise.

DISCIPLINE 5: Vesting of Pre-eminent Stewardship in Property
This Instrument of Recognition is made and subscribed by the Steward of LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER, and His Successors, who was chosen and appointed in conformity with the Tenets, Creed, Concepts, Constructs, Principles, and Disciplines, etc. of LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER and in whom is vested paramount stewardship in all property real and personal, held for the purposes, uses and benefits of Live LOVE and Prosper Society.

DISCIPLINE 6: Authority and Capacity
Authority of LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER SOCIETY for establishing Steward of LIVE LOVE and PROSPER SOCIETY and His Successors is derived exclusively from the absolute, inherent, unalienable right of each peculiar Member of the unincorporated altruistic spiritual assembly, Live LOVE and Prosper Society in and through the Life, BEing, Conscience, and Consciousness of the natural man and Divine Being holding the Office of Steward, and each Member of Live LOVE and Prosper Society for recognizing and proclaiming the existence of the Eternal Covenant with the immortal, uncreated Supreme Creator Source of Life of the Steward and of each Member of Live LOVE And Prosper Society, the Source to whom we owe unalloyed allegiance and are bound by conviction, creed, and commitment, and unlimited in Energy and Consciousness.

The Steward may not under any circumstances, and not for any reason, abrogate the terms of said binding, absolute, inviolable Covenant. Neither do any other parties, beings, entities, governments, corporations sole, corporations aggregate, of any kind whatsoever, possess ethical and lawful authority for interfering in the relationship between the Steward and His Supreme Creator Source that is signified by the Covenant, in accord with the prohibition against impairing the obligation of contracts.

The Steward and every Member of Live LOVE and Prosper Society recognize that every natural man and woman is a Spiritually Autonomous unit of Free Will, Sovereignty, Self-Responsibility, and Self-government, and in such capacity may live in accordance with any covenant that such Autonomous BEings proclaim as established with any party, BEing, entity, government, corporations sole, corporation aggregate, and the like. Unlike religious dogma or man’s laws and commandments, we subscribe to the All Knowing All Pervasive Ever Present Source of All That IS, seen or unseen.

The Steward and Live LOVE and Prosper Society, as a free and independent State in Fact, with Absolute Sovereignty, Autonomy, Capacity, and standing in law, herewith rebut, repudiate, and disavow all claims, and all presumptions in law of any parties, BEings, entities, governments, corporations sole, and corporations aggregate, that might declare as legitimate a right for enforcing any position that is not in accord with the Covenant and the nature and basis thereof. The Sovereign Authority and Capacity of the Steward and each Member of Live LOVE and Prosper Society for affirming the existence and establishment of the Assembly is eternally and timelessly in full force and
effect, i.e. “nunc pro tunct,“ {“before the foundation of the world.”} Said Covenant is inviolate and must not be abrogated in any manner by anyone, such as on the basis of unilateral action, presumption, consensus, decree, and the like, any more than the eternal and immutable laws of existence can be invalidated by man. As it is written:

“Take heed to thyself, lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land whither thou goest, lest it be for a snare in the midst of thee.” Exodus 34:12.

“We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness….” Unanimous Declaration (“Declaration of Independence), 1776.

“Congress shall make NO LAW respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievance.” Constitution for the united States of America, First Amendment.

“…every man is independent of all laws, except those prescribed by nature. He is not bound by any institutions formed by his fellow man without his consent.” (CRUDEN v. NEALE, 2 N.C. 338 (1796) 2 S.E. 70.)

DISCIPLINE 7: Seal, Execution of Instruments
All deeds and other instruments in writing are:
1. Made in the name of Steward of LIVE LOVE and PROSPER SOCIETY and His Successors and signed by the Steward.
2. Sealing is done with the seal of Steward of LIVE LOVE and PROSPER SOCIETY and His Successors. The embossed seal and/or right thumbprint and/or autograph of the Steward are always presented with full reservation of all unalienable rights, Without Prejudice, whether specifically stated or not. Any presentment of the autograph is offered in an official capacity whether so stated or not

DISCIPLINE 8: Vacancy of Office; Powers and Duties of Successors
1. In the event that any Steward of Steward of LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER SOCIETY is unable to fulfill the obligations of Office, such vacancy of Office will be filled by the Successor who will be appointed by Steward. As a matter of law:
the Successor is vested with full title and stewardship over all hereditaments and possessions of the Predecessor in Office of Steward of LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER and His Successors. Said Successor possesses like/same power and authority over all such hereditaments and possessions of the Predecessor in Office, and is responsible for all of the lawful liabilities and obligations concerning such title and stewardship, unless otherwise revised by seated Steward or unanimous vote of Membership in Live LOVE and Prosper Society.

2. Every Successor in Office will file a certified copy of the proof of succession in affidavit form of said Successor in Office in Amendment hereinafter and to New Earth Nation, a neutral Sovereign and official umbrella and holder of record.

DISCIPLINE 9: Assets
All hereditaments and possessions of Steward of LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER SOCIETY are the property of Supreme Creator Source and Gaia, Mother Earth, and are held in trust and stewardship by Steward for the perpetual use, purpose, benefit, bequest and behoove of the ministry of the unincorporated altruistic spiritual assembly: Live LOVE and Prosper Society.

DISCIPLINE 10: Basis of Contract
The Parties doing contracting with any contract therewith, such as Members joining Live LOVE and Prosper Society are each of whom freely entering into the contract with free will and undiminished power for exercising all unalienable rights derived from the Supreme Creator Source, as allegedly confirmed by sources such as the following:

1 • Unanimous Declaration, 1776, “Declaration of Independence,” invoking the basis of unalienable rights as deriving from the “Creator”;
2 • Constitution of The State of Nevada, “Done in Convention at Carson City the Twenty Eighth day of July, in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty-four,” which appears and constitutes “second party witness” of original and exclusive jurisdiction and capacity of the parties for contracting in law.

DISCIPLINE 11: Law, Form and Consideration
This Instrument of Recognition and all activities of Steward of “Live LOVE and Prosper Society and His Successors, a Sovereign Sole, are conducted within the venue of Natural and Sovereign Divine Law as expressed in the PREAMBLE above, wherein unalienable rights, standing in Law and law, and capacity for contracting prevail as guaranteed by the Covenant by and between the Steward and Creator. No action brought by any actor of this, or any state that involves Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society may proceed without establishing on the record proof of compliance with all terms and conditions set forth herein, in the absence of which proof, a condition of “nul tiel” record {“No such” record} exists.

The appropriate medium of exchange for all monetary dealings, and the valuable consideration that is suitable for contracting within the Natural and Divine Law and the Ecclesiastical Law of Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society and His Successors is substance and specie, such as gold and silver coin. The Steward is not responsible for, and especially object and do not assent concerning, any third party, non-redeemable bank notes. Any uses of said bank notes must be in accordance with “scaling laws,” defined by Bouvier’s Law Dictionary as, “A term used to signify statutes establishing the process of adjusting the difference in value between depreciated paper money and specie.” Any use of such fiat money is done under protest as Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society and His Successors, is left without recourse.

No requirement may be imposed on me by any party, such as an actor of this state, for tendering valuable consideration of gold and silver coin or in other forms, or other specie permissioned by the Steward of LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER SOCIETY and His Successors in amount equal in face value of any third party, non-redeemable bank notes. No unequal weight and measures may be imposed, and no commercial paper of unverifiable par value may be equated in face value with silver and gold coin issued in the law form of original jurisdiction. In all matters involving Steward of LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER SOCIETY and His Successors, the principle of scaling laws must prevail.

DISCIPLINE 12: Venue, Jurisdiction, Responsibilities, Rights and Powers of the Office of Steward
Inasmuch as there exists a basic presumption of jurisdiction by every State over matters in which it is involved, Steward of LIVE LOVE AND PROPSER and His Successors does not give consent concerning and is expressly immune, being a Sovereign State of BEing from any claim of jurisdiction other ~ the jurisdiction of Truth founded on the mutual good faith and full disclosure of all involved parties, Natural Law, Treaty Law, Private Contract Law, and the Ecclesiastical Law as defined, interpreted, and adjudicated by the Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society. Venue and jurisdiction is in Ecclesiastical Court of LIVE LOVE AND PROSPER SOCIETY, and His Successors and all such hearings, and all proceedings and trials, must be recorded in the records of Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society. All other courts of any jurisdiction, such as civil law courts, spiritual courts, and otherwise, must accept the decisions of the Ecclesiastical Judicatories of Live LOVE and Prosper Society within the structure on questions of discipline, faith, ecclesiastical rule, custom, and law. If matters governing the affairs of this peculiar unincorporated altruistic spiritual assembly are inconsistent on the same subject with the provisions, laws, rules, policies, law form, regulations, statutes, and the like of any other jurisdiction, such as governmental, the spiritual principles as a matter of conscience must prevail, inasmuch as all rights and powers of the peculiar members of Live LOVE and Prosper Society stated herein, are derived from Existence, Life, and the Supreme Creator Source, thereof. The Eternal Covenant between the Steward and the Members and each with their Supreme Creator Source, {by whatever applicable name they reference the ONE} remains paramount in all matters.

As it is written: “…we ought to obey God rather than man.” Acts 5:29;

“No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.” Matt: 6:24;

“…every man is independent of all laws, except those prescribed by nature. He is not bound by any institutions formed by his fellow man without his consent.” (CRUDEN v. NEALE, 2 N.C. 338 (1796) 2 S.E. 70.)

“Politics are to be adapted to the laws, ad not the laws to the politics.” Hob 154 Blacks Law Dictionary 4th Ed 1957 p.1319

No identifying number that might be connected with this “Instrument of Recognition,” such as a number used for clerical and identifying purposes, may be used for exercising any jurisdiction over, demeaning, subjugating, and creating any fealty over the Steward of the Live LOVE and Prosper Society, or its Sovereign Members, by any entity of any kind, such as by a C(c)ity, C(c)ounty, S(s)tate, T(t)erritory, C(c)ountry, live Being, fictitious person, construct of law, and the like. Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society and its Membership are an unincorporated Altruistic Spiritual Assembly, with intent for living in Peace with all people and living beings in the Universal Kingdom of The Source of All That Is. The Steward is, and subsequently the Members of Live LOVE and Prosper Society are, Ecclesiastical Emissaries, Ambassadors of Peace with neutral, “in itinere” {“by the way”}, non-engaged, immune status, and as such we are not involved in any manner with any disputes, conflicts, wars, and declarations of war powers involving any other parties, such as nations, factions, political systems, and civil law governments.

Steward and Members above-referenced Peaceful, non-resident “in itinere” status, signifying permanent Citizenship, in the Universal Kingdom of The Source of All That Is, is established in law and openly proclaimed before all men, if there were to be any formalized Citizenship held at All.

Should any dispute or legal issue ever arise involving Live LOVE and Prosper Society or Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society, and His Successors, and/or any Member, or Members, or activities of Live LOVE and Prosper Society and/or it’s web presence thru the various mechanisms of LiveLOVEandProsper.org, arbitration by the Steward shall first be employed in an effort to settle the matter. Any such claim must be made by a Natural Man or Woman, and must be made by Affidavit, declaring point by point the details of any alleged violation of rights or injury to a Natural Man or Woman, or breach of a private contract with a Natural Man or Woman, and sworn upon the unlimited personal liability of the flesh and blood injured party signer. Upon service of such Affidavit upon agents for Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society and bonding of the claim by the Natural Man or Woman making such claim, Steward will name a qualified and impartial Chairman to a Board of Arbitration.

Any such claim must be bonded by claim-maker and by lawful gold or silver specie money of the de jure united States of America, or any other deemed by the Steward as acceptable {items/money/exchange/etc}. In an amount not less than Five Hundred Thousand U.S. Dollars and such bond must be placed in Escrow pending the decision of the Board of Arbitration. The parties in dispute will each have the right to appoint two representatives to the Board of Arbitration. The Board of Arbitration will decide the issue according to the Natural Law or Contract Law, depending upon the nature of the claim. In the event of a tie, the vote of the Chairman of the Board will decide the issue. All members of the Board of Arbitration must sign a Non-disclosure Agreement as provided by Steward before any proceedings commence. Such arbitration shall be conducted at a time and place convenient to Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society

By the authority of the Eternal Covenant between the Steward and the Source of All That Is, the Steward has absolute right and power for:

Issuing for all Members of the unincorporated Altruistic spiritual assembly, Live LOVE and Prosper Society any permits, licenses, certificates of membership, authority, identification, and travel documents, or other documents, of any kind whatsoever, if and when such be applicable, or referred to an affiliate sovereign entity, so approved for such by the Office of Steward.

Terminating all involvement with, use of, and presumption of obligation for using, other documents and instruments, including fiat money and all numbers and contractual relationships connected therewith, issued by any other parties, such as by an organization, agency, government entity, corporation sole, corporation aggregate, and the like, upon signing, sealing this Instrument of Recognition. Any use of such documents, instruments and fiat monies in conjunction with activities involving organizations, agencies, government entities, corporations sole, corporations aggregate, and the like is done Without Prejudice by reason of the Steward being Without Recourse.

As an Emissary of Peace, creating, preserving, maintaining inviolable, and providing full and unalloyed protection and immunity of every kind whatsoever for all who seek sanctuary within, and abide on the soil of any land, buildings, and dwellings of Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society and His Successors under the exclusive venue and jurisdiction of Natural Law and the Ecclesiastical Law of Live LOVE and Prosper Society. Said protection and immunity secures inviolate all rights regarding privacy, security, and safety of the natural person, intrusion of any kind, from natural persons from any source, such as from governmental sources, quasi-governmental persons, and private parties, and from any detainer, entry, search, seizure, surveillance, trespass, assault, summons, warrant, and any other alleged grounds for infringement, notwithstanding whatever purported authority, law, color of law, and the like, may be promulgated as the Authority therefore.

• In accord with universal principals concerning limited jurisdiction of foreign powers as defined in The Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 1961, Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society and His Successors, an Emissary of The Source of All That Is, and a Sovereign Altruistic spiritual Assembly and Ecclesiastical Body Politic, hereby adopts and declares that Live LOVE and Prosper Society recognizes and is entitled to, but not limited to, the following Sovereign Rights and Immunities:

Article 22: Premises of the declared embassy are inviolable.
Article 24: Archives and all documents are inviolable.
Article 27: “Diplomatic bag” (i.e. pouch or attaché) is inviolable.
Article 29, 37: Diplomats and family are inviolable, exempt from detention/ arrest and exempt from any enforcement jurisdiction.
Article 30: Private home or any vehicle of Diplomat is inviolable.

Constitution of Live LOVE and Prosper Society is the

Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

On December 10, 1948, the General Assembly of the United Nation adopted and proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the full text of which appears on the pages below. Following this historic act of the Assembly called up all Member countries to publicize the text of the Declaration and “to cause it to be disseminated, displayed, read and expounded principally in schools and other educational institutions, without distinction on the political states of the countries and territories.”

PREAMBLE

Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world,

Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people,

Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law,

Whereas it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations between nations,

Whereas the peoples of the United Nations have in the Charter reaffirmed their faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women and have determined to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,

Whereas Member States have pledged themselves to achieve, in co-operation with the United Nations, the promotion of universal respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms,

Whereas a common understanding of these rights and freedoms is of the greatest importance for the full realization of this pledge, {omit “pledge” and use “declaration”}

Now Therefore, THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY proclaims THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.

Article 1. All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

Article 2. Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

Article 3. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

Article 4. No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.

Article 5. No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

Article 6. Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.

Article 7. All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.

Article 8. Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.

Article 9. No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.

Article 10. Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.

Article 11. (1) Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defense.

(2) No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offense, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offense was committed.

Article 12. No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

Article 13. (1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
(2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.

Article 14. (1) Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution.
(2) This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.

Article 15. (1) Everyone has the right to a nationality.
(2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality.

Article 16. (1) Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution.
(2) Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses.
(3) The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.

Article 17. (1) Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others.
(2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.

Article 18. Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.

Article 19. Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

Article 20. (1) Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.
(2) No one may be compelled to belong to an association.

Article 21. (1) Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives.
(2) Everyone has the right of equal access to public service in his country.
(3) The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures.

Article 22. Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and is entitled to realization, through national effort and international co-operation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each State, of the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality.

Article 23. (1) Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.
(2) Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.
(3) Everyone who works has the right to just and favourable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.
(4) Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests.

Article 24. Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay.

Article 25. (1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.
(2) Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.

Article 26. (1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.
(2) Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.
(3) Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.

Article 27. (1) Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.
(2) Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.

Article 28. Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.

Article 29. (1) Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible.
(2) In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.
(3) These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.

Article 30. Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.

NEW EARTH TREATY

A PLANETARY COVENANT OF FELLOWSHIP
IN LOVE AND PEACE

and by virtue of our Membership in “Live LOVE and Prosper Society”, we approve and agree in such Fellowship in the favoring and supporting of mutual Sovereignty, Peace and LOVE. Such the case we embrace them herein with minimal modifications {shown in brackets} from the New Earth Treaty and integral in this Constitution.

NEW EARTH TREATY
A PLANETARY COVENANT OF FELLOWSHIP IN LOVE AND PEACE

PREAMBLE to NEW EARTH TREATY

This definitive New Earth Treaty concluded by and between, and with the presents and blessings of, the High Contracting Parties.

A High Contracting Party is an individual, family, community group or indigenous tribe/nation who has properly constituted their own micro-nation (hereinafter sovereign micro-nation) or an organic nation-state (hereinafter sovereign nation) who has ratified the present Treaty and is exercising sovereignty on behalf of the One True Sovereign as an Absolute Supreme Sovereign Authority.

Acknowledging that the advent of a world in grace in which mankind shall enjoy peace, prosperity, harmony, abundance, and freedom in all its forms is the highest aspiration of the High Contracting Parties; We the universal sovereign micro and macro nations declare Our universal peace with all living inhabitants of Our Sentient Earth and all worlds, and do ratify this Treaty pursuant to Our genuine and earnest commitment to the realization of these aspirations.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
From the coming into force of the present Treaty, the provisions of the present Treaty shall supersede the effect of any and all conflicting provisions of existing Treaties, Covenants and Agreements between the High Contracting Parties.

From the coming into force of the present Treaty there shall be a clear separation of natural persons, meaning men and women, and artificial persons, meaning corporations and legal personalities of individuals,
such that the latter shall only perform in service of the former.

This Treaty was opened for ratification on 21st Day of September 2014 and has been duly ratified by more than two sovereign nations and/or sovereign micro-nations thereby establishing the supreme jurisdiction of New Earth Nation upon Sentient Earth, under the guiding principles of Natural Universal Law. All sovereign nations and sovereign micro-nations who subsequently ratify this Treaty shall be entitled to the same rights as those who ratified it at its opening.

PART 1 ~ COVENANT OF FELLOWSHIP IN LOVE AND PEACE.
THE HIGH CONTRACTING PARTIES, AS DIVINE AGENTS, IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE international peace, fellowship, prosperity, harmony and abundance, by Our mutual commitments to:
(i) engender peace in its fullest expression
(ii) free all men and women from debt – slavery, usury or any other form of human energy harvesting
(iii) respect the individual sovereign condition
(iv) restore balance, biodiversity, health and well-being to Our Sentient Earth
(v) facilitate the considered and strategic dissolution of all borders and boundaries
(vi) exercise integrity in Our lives and relations
Pursuant to the ultimate goal of absolute freedom for each member of the human family AGREE to this Covenant of Fellowship in Divine Love, Peace and Harmony.

Article 1~ Our NEW EARTH NATION is hereby established, in recognition of the primacy of consciousness, the unity of all life and the undeniability of the individual sovereign condition, as the Supreme Jurisdiction in the nations which ratify the terms of this Treaty, having united in Fellowship, to deliberate, determine and act to fulfill the aforementioned purposes.

Article 2~ As One united peoples of Our One Nation: Our common descent arises from the fundamental comprehension that we are each born {omit “born” use: “nativitized”} of the same thing – consciousness Our true common culture is the expression of the immutable truth that we are all One. Our true common lore language is that which utters effortlessly from the quanta of the collective human heart. Our particular territory is manifest reality itself, not a segregated part of it, but the inseparable perfection of the whole.

Article 3~ As Members of this Fellowship, We, Members of “Live LOVE and Prosper Society”, the universal sovereign nations and sovereign micro-nations, by our own Sovereign right, act in Good Faith to:
(i)live in accordance with natural law and to not prevent others from doing the same;
(ii) cause no harm, loss or damage;
(iii) respect the free will of others;
(iv) mutually assist one another to advance our own evolution and that of the human condition.

Article 4~ We, Members of “Live LOVE and Prosper Society”, the universal sovereign micro and macro nations undertake to uphold Natural True Common Law, meaning natural justice, by the proper administration of Equity, or such other form as Our cultural traditions and customs may provide, and shall not uphold any positive law that causes harm to men and women.

Article 5~ We, Members of “Live LOVE and Prosper Society”, the universal sovereign micro and macro nations undertake to respect and preserve the unalienable natural rights of all men and women, such as are henceforth recognised as Divine birthrights/ Nativity-rights inherent to the human condition.

Article 6~ We, Members of “Live LOVE and Prosper Society”, the universal sovereign micro and macro nations undertake to respect and preserve the cultural heritage, traditions and customs of our fellow sovereign nations and micro-nations.

Article 7~ We, Members of “Live LOVE and Prosper Society”, the universal sovereign micro and macro nations undertake to respect and preserve planet earth, ensuring abundance and prosperity for future generations and, to this end, do recognise the sovereign standing of all land, water, air and natural resource claims asserted by a High Contracting Party to the present Treaty, by due process of Natural True Common Law, to be a Sovereign Territory of their nation or micro-nation, and of which they stand in right according to the principles of Natural True Common Law.

We, Members of “Live LOVE and Prosper Society”, hold our sovereign territories in the Perpetual condition of Peaceful Stewardship as primary sovereign peaceful landlords, and support the decision of the New Earth Tribunal per Article 11 should a dispute arise between members of the fellowship as to who the legitimate steward of a particular territory may be, and shall remain ever diplomatic and respectful to strive for continued positive peaceful resolutions.

Article 8~ We, Members of “Live LOVE and Prosper Society”, the universal sovereign micro and macro nations undertake to respect and preserve the territorial integrity and existing political independence of all our fellow sovereign nations and sovereign micro-nations to such extent as not to interfere with the spirit and intent of Article 7.

Article 9~ We, Members of “Live LOVE and Prosper Society”, the universal sovereign micro and macro nations undertake to respect and preserve the sovereignty of those individuals who may from time to time be domiciled within our own territorial boundaries and who have personally ratified the present Treaty entered with New Earth Nation.

This Article 9 and subsequent Articles 10, 11 & 12 are given jurisdiction to the New Earth Nation Tribunal findings, HOWEVER, only after a Live LOVE and Prosper Tribunal, or in the absence thereof, the Steward of Live LOVE and Prosper Society, has taken action to rule on the matter within its own assembly membership at hand, or to pass to the New Earth Nation for assistance in remedy for such a matter.

Article 10~ The action of the Fellowship under this Covenant shall be effected by a Secretariat and through the instrumentality of a Divine Agency platform. The Secretariat shall have a Permanent Secretary who shall be appointed by New Earth Trust to carry out all administrative functions expressed or implied by the present Treaty on behalf of New Earth Nation. The Permanent Secretary may be removed from office upon a two thirds majority vote, conducted as outlined in the present Article below, following the motion of a member of the fellowship.

The Divine Agency platform shall provide the ability for a global referendum by all members and nationals of all members of the Fellowship to cast a singular vote on all matters which the Permanent Secretary may request. A member of the Fellowship may motion the Permanent Secretary to request a referendum on any matter concerning the proper administration or integrity of the Fellowship.

Article 11~ The New Earth Tribunal is hereby mandated by the High Contracting Parties. The jurisdiction of the Tribunal shall extend to matters concerning the interpretation or application of the present treaty and to address all matters which may affect the state of peace between members. The action of the Tribunal shall be effected in accordance with the provisions of Article 10, whereby all members and nationals of the sovereign micro-nations and sovereign nations may cast a singular vote as a global Grand Jury.

Article 12~ We the universal sovereign micro and macro nations undertake to abide by, and to avail our administrative forces to effecting the enforcement of, all lawful decisions rendered by the Tribunal.

Article 13~ Amendments to this Covenant will take effect when ratified by a two thirds majority, with any such vote being undertaken in accordance with the provisions of Article 10.

PART 2 ~ DECLARATION OF UNALIENABLE NATURAL DIVINE RIGHTS

Whereas it is essential, if wo/mankind is to realize its fullest potential, that unalienable natural rights should be protected by the rule of True Common law, insofar as such protection does not interfere with said rights.

Whereas the advent of a new hologram/paradigm of LOVE freedom, peace, prosperity, harmony and abundance on this Sentient Earth, is the only foundation for the realization of this potential.

Whereas recognition of the inherent perfection and of the equal and unalienable natural rights of all members of the human family is the only foundation for a new hologram/paradigm of LOVE freedom, peace, prosperity, harmony and abundance in the world.

Whereas the High Contracting Parties have pledged themselves to support, in co-oper
ation with one another, the realization of these purposes.

NOW THEREFORE, in recognition of the divine birthrights/ Nativity-rights, inherent to the human condition, and with a view to enabling the full realization of this pledge, it is hereby declared that all people are unalienably endowed with sovereign claim as Divine Agents for Peace to:

Article 14~ Right to life, liberty, privacy and silence.
Article 15~ Right to live freely in peace without let, hindrance, or charge.

Article 16~ Right to use and enjoy any and all property, held in peaceful possession, without charge or levy.
Article 17~ Right to experience freedom from coercion.
Article 18~ Right to determine one’s own identity, and to refuse the dilution of ones individuality.
Article 19~ Right to free assembly and expression.
Article 20~ Right to deny or revoke one’s consent to be governed or regulated.

Article 21~ Right to have one’s full sovereign capacity recognized in the public, once such capacity has been adequately memorialized.
Article 22~ Right to have free and unrestricted use and enjoyment of a parcel of land in
the region of one’s birth {omit “birth” use: ”Nativity or other choosing”}, held free and clear in perpetual private trust {added: “and/or in absolute Sovereignty and true Stewardship}, to live upon and within, sufficient to fulfill the needs of one’s family, including the right to exchange such rights for equivalent rights to land in other parts of the Earth, given the mutual agreement of the exchanging parties.
Article 23~ Right to determine one’s own spiritual or life path, including the right to freedom from persecution and prosecution on the grounds of one’s beliefs, non-beliefs or faith.
Article 24~ Right to be recognized as a natural man or woman, before “the law” {added quotation marks}.
Article 25~ Right to exercise one’s liberties intact until presented with a sealed writ issued by a rightful authority, on behalf of a living man or woman, alleging breaches of Natural Law.

Article 26~ Right to be presumed innocent of allegations until proven otherwise before a jury of one’s peers. {added: Peers means Sovereign BEings of Knowingness of the intent of Natural Law which is foundational in LOVE including Compassion and fairness and equanimity}.
Article 27~ Right to experience fair, just and equitable proceedings and equal protection under “the law” {added quotation marks}.
Article 28~ Right to refuse to be bound by an unlawful, illegitimate or inequitable judgment, order, warrant, directive and/or ruling of a de facto court.
Article 29~ Right to use all necessary and reasonable measures to safeguard the security of oneself, ones kin and ones interests, including the appointment and authorization of Defenders of the Peace in any community.
Article 30~ Right of Superior Guardianship, from the date of conception, over one’s offspring, including the right to exercise exclusive Powers of Attorney over the physical bodies and possessions, which shall be presumed to be held jointly with the other biological parent or guardian, until proven otherwise under oath or affirmation, without exception or limitation and until the sixteenth anniversary of their physical birth {omit “birth use: “Nativity”}.

Article 31~ Right to educate one’s children at home or in any way one deems to be beneficial for their physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual development, free from supervision, intervention or inspection.
Article 32~ Right as a child to expect {added: “and receive”} loving guardians. {added: “It takes a whole village to raise a child.”}
Article 33~ Right to refuse any bodily interferences, (added: “implants,”} restraints or impositions (medical or otherwise).
Article 34~ Right of every pregnant woman to eat well, feel joy and be inspired by beauty in an environment which supports them.
Article 35~ Right to a dignified and peaceful death in an environment which is conducive to spiritual retreat and resonant with nature.

Article 36~ Right to cultivate, harvest, store, trade, barter and/or use for one’s own purposes, any and all {added: “uncontaminated and truly”} organic substances which will grow or form {added: “uncontaminated and truly”} naturally upon the Earth.
Article 37~ Right of full freedom of movement to and from any place on the Earth, including but not limited to the right to cross international borders, through port or otherwise, and to return to the land of one’s physical birth {replaced with: “Nativity”} without let, hindrance, molestation or charge.
Article 38~ Right to maintain and strengthen one’s distinctive spiritual relationship with the Earth, and to uphold any traditional or customary responsibilities to future generations in this regard.
Article 39~ Right to practise and revitalize one’s cultural traditions and customs, and to maintain, protect and develop the past, present and future manifestations of one’s cultures.
Article 40~ Right to maintain, control, protect and develop one’s cultural heritage, traditional knowledge and traditional cultural expressions freely and with others.

Article 41~ Right to participate in an international societal equilibrium which is purposed for the realisation of the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration.
Article 42~ Right to refuse to exercise any of these rights.

AMENDMENT PREAMBLE

of the Constitution of Live LOVE and Prosper Society.

As this Constitution is in ongoing, there may come the moment where clearer definition of Rights and Responsibilities come to the forefront. Amendments to this Constitution may only be made by a deliberative assembly convened in the same manner as the one which formed the original Constitution, and by referendum, will only take effect following a two thirds majority vote of the Members.
Such Amendments shall include such elements as the making of decisions by public convention called by public notice and conducted by established rules of procedure. These are to occur periodically, as needed and determined by the Members of Live LOVE and Prosper Society. Such being so, the publishing of Amendments below and dated in Zero Point “time” as to when such Amendment(s) has appropriate approval achieved, enactment on such date becomes effective immediately in the moment of confirmation, unless explicitly expressed otherwise in such Amendment.
